What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you make a booking with us for our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily opt in for marketing preferences, complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Finally, we collect information when you voluntarily enquire with us on our website, social media platforms or at events (e.g. Open Weekends, Wedding Fairs). We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, place an enquiry, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site.
In order to fulfil a booking we will ask for, and collect, information relating to your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and card information where appropriate (although any payment information the user provides will not be stored).
